I work with the person to help them put words to their inner feelings and over a period of time to examine these feelings and the belief structures held around them. As children we adopt beliefs from our family, society and environment but as adults we need to examine these beliefs and determine if they serve us well in our lives. I endeavour to help the person develop skills to bring more balance to their life.
